Violation(s)/Comment(s)
  Caller reports that her sister is employed here and that there is not hot water in the ladies room to wash hands in and that
  this is an ongoing problem over the past year. Caller wished to remain anonymous. However, it is duly noted that the facility
  is currently closed and unsafe to be in due to a fire early this morning which collapsed the roof. The complaint is unable to
  be investigated at this time due to this.
   
  Did speak to Brandy Moore this morning with regard to the fire. She was sent our new application for facility review to fill
  out once the decision is made to remodel or demolish and rebuild. At this time the area is roped off with caution tape and the
  building has been secured by ServPro. Brandy will let us know as soon as possible what the plan is. All employees at this time
  are going to be moved to other stores and the facility will remain closed.
